Three events. Every one has an 'add to my calendar' button that drops it into your phone at the correct Italian time — no mental arithmetic required.

  1. Friday 22 October

    Welcome drinks

    6pm – 9pm · time to be confirmed

    Come have a drink with us and shake off the journey. It falls five years to the day since we signed the paperwork, which feels like the right way to open the weekend. Low-key, no speeches, no seating plan — just the first chance to see everyone in one place.

    Where: Florence — venue to be confirmed
    Dress: Smart casual. Whatever survived the flight.
    Getting there: We'll pick somewhere central in Florence, walkable from most of the city. Once the venue is set we'll add the address and a map link here.
    Kids: Kids welcome. Ours will be there.

  2. Saturday 23 October

    Main event

    The celebration

    4pm – 11.30pm · time to be confirmed

    The main event, and the one to plan the rest of your trip around. Reception, dinner, and a party that will run late. If you only make one thing this weekend, make it this one.

    Where: In or near Florence — venue to be confirmed
    Dress: Cocktail. Suits and cocktail dresses.
    Getting there: If the venue is outside the city we'll arrange transport from a central Florence pickup point and post the times here. Don't rent a car just for this.
    Kids: Kids welcome for the reception and dinner.

  3. Sunday 24 October

    Farewell brunch

    11am – 2pm · time to be confirmed

    A long, slow lunch before everyone scatters. Drop in whenever you surface — there's no set arrival time and no obligation if you've got a train to catch.

    Where: Florence — venue to be confirmed
    Dress: However you feel. No judgement.
    Getting there: Central Florence, walkable. Details to follow.
    Kids: Kids very welcome.

A note on the times

The times above are our working plan, not final — we'll firm them up once the venue is booked. They're close enough to plan flights around, and nothing is going to move by more than an hour or two. If anything does change we'll email everyone, and the calendar files here will be updated to match.
