A few things worth knowing before you fill it in. Answer for everyone in your party, including children, because the room allocation and the Saturday headcount both depend on it. Flag any dietary requirements or allergies clearly, since those go straight to the kitchen. And if you're a maybe, say maybe. A maybe is far more use to us than silence.
